Do I need a Paybill or Till number already?
Yes — you'll need your own Safaricom Paybill/Till and M-Pesa API credentials. ScriptPay doesn't provide these, it works with the ones you already have.
What happens if a payment update doesn't come through?

Can multiple staff members use one account?
